Shipping policy

Karisa Moments is a local pickup-only store. We currently do not offer shipping or delivery services for orders placed through our website.

When you place an order online, your order will be prepared for pickup at our designated location. Customers will receive pickup information after their order has been processed.

Please bring your order confirmation or other applicable order information when collecting your purchase. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the pickup location.

Orders should be collected within the pickup timeframe provided by Karisa Moments. If you are unable to collect your order within the provided timeframe, please contact us at support@karisamoments.com so we can assist you.

Pickup availability may depend on product availability and store operating hours. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer regarding the order.

Because Karisa Moments does not currently provide shipping or delivery, no shipping charges will be applied to pickup orders.
